1. Background 

​The Office of Property Management, Chulalongkorn University (PMCU) has initiated the Residential-Commercial Development for BLOCK 33, Suan Luang Commercial District – Samyan under the framework of the Master Plan Development for Chulalongkorn University’s Commercial Area Development. This project follows the Smart City concept to provide a multipurpose area for living, offices and a top-class learning centre.

2. Objectives

​2.1 To develop the project area into a group of buildings, consisting of residential condominiums, shopping centre zones and offices. In addition, to improve pavements and existing public utilities in the project area.

​2.2 To develop the project area, which has an innovative and sustainable design, so that it meets the TREES standard and is environmentally friendly.  

9. Term of Reference

The employees must review the Master Plan for the Development of Chulalongkorn University’s Commercial District, Suan Luang Area – Samyan. This is to be designed for Block 33, Suan Luang Commercial District – Samyan, as “Chula Smart City”. The project must meet the criteria of the Energy and Environmental Sustainability Assessment (TREES), established by the Thai Green Building Institute.
