Administrative Team for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Chulalongkorn University
Chulalongkorn University is a leading academic and professional institution committed to governance grounded in the principles of equity, human rights, equality, coexistence, and diversity. The university ensures these values are upheld for all individuals across all dimensions, guaranteeing that no one faces discrimination or unjust limitations—whether direct or indirect—on the basis of race, nationality, skin color, language, religion, sex, gender identity, age, marital status, physical condition, disability, or any other personal characteristics.
To support the implementation of related policies and ensure administrative alignment with these principles, the university has established two key bodies under the Chulalongkorn University Council:
- Personnel Administration Committee: Oversees and guides personnel-related practices to ensure alignment with diversity and equity goals.
- Personnel Policy Committee: Develops, monitors, and evaluates personnel policies with a focus on fairness, inclusion, and human rights.
